Hampshire Models - Returns Policy

If you receive a product from us which is not in accordance with the description/pictures on the website, or damage has occurred to the item during shipping, please contact us for the issue to be resolved. Depending on the issue, some may able to be returned without requiring the item to be returned.

In the event it is necessary to return the product to us, it is the customers responsibility to properly package any item(s) that are being returned so that they are not damaged during return shipping. 

UK Customers only - If you receive a product from us which is in accordance with the description/pictures on the website, but you decide you do not wish to keep it, then you may return it for a full refund provided it is returned in exactly the condition that you received it (complete, unopened and undamaged), and the item is returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you. The return shipping costs are for your own account.

International Customers only - We do not offer no fault returns on international transactions due to the substantial shipping costs involved.
